Every dog is fully vetted and, when needed, given time for medical or behavioral rehab before meeting adopters. When a pup is ready, you’ll find them at our weekend events and on the Available Dogs page. We also offer a two-week trial foster so you can confirm the perfect fit at home.
Fostering gives dogs comfort and stability while opening space at the shelter for the next intake. Whether you can help for two weeks or a little longer, we’ll match you with a good fit and support you along the way. Ready to help a pup get adoption-ready? Call 928-232-2611.
We help keep pets and families together by offering pet food and limited basic medical assistance for qualifying, low-income households—so dogs stay healthy and at home. Support is based on need and available resources. Call 928-232-2611 to ask about help.
High school students can earn required volunteer hours with hands-on help at our no-kill rescue. We also accept court-ordered community service on a case-by-case basis for non-violent, non-theft offenses. Roles include kennel care, dog walking, events, and more.
